Milk is fed through mother’s breast so naturally the intake of mothers will react on its baby. So the mother’s should eat healthy foods that help them in producing sufficient milk and also healthy for baby.

Nicotine related stuffs and alcohol should be avoided generally. Mothers should avoid spicy food involving chilly, curry, cabbage, garlic and all such foods that can cause flatulence in the baby. The mothers should sacrifice some of her taste in foods in order to keep their baby safe and healthy.

They changes can easily be observed as the mothers consume foods. The baby may not like the taste of breast milk and consume less amount and finally the baby will not have a sound sleep. Mothers should regularly keep a note on their list of intakes and its impact on baby. They should sacrifice some of the food during their breast feeding period.

Juices can be consumed but some juices which are rich in vitamin c such as lemon, tomatoes, orange and grape can cause some harm to babies. Symptoms such as rashes or other skin disease can be observer. So the mothers should avoid it but it may cause imbalance in nutrients so they should consult their doctor to replace it with other equally nutrient rich foods.

The beverages involving caffeine such as tea coffee soda can also be harmful for the babies. They may wake up from sleep at night. So the food involving sharp tastes should be avoided for babies to take complete milk content from mother.
